a generally positive experience
subway access friendly staff small basin congested reception
the location was superb. it was easy to reach the subway, and plenty of restaurants were nearby. the cleaning service was very serious. everyone was very friendly.
the basin in the bathroom was small. water splashed out of it! there was no drinking water bottle in the room. the reception area felt congested with all the bags of the guests.

convenient location modern look quiet room
I loved the location. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment were all close by. the underground was easily accessible too! the hotel itself was nice and clean with a very modern look. i appreciated the spacious, quiet room and great water pressure.
the hotel could benefit from a slightly larger lobby area.

convenient location orderly luggage
I found the location very convenient. It was walkable to nathan road and the train station. the 24-hour front desk was very useful for late arrivals or early departures. i also appreciated the orderly luggage storage. They found my bags quickly. the air conditioning cooled the room fast and kept it cool throughout the night.
